+: It's very simple, we as a family will return to savour the hospitality of 'Hakan'. Hakan's attention to our personal needs began very soon after our arrival and continued for the entire week, he made us feel incredibly special and completely spoilt us while always remaining one step ahead in catering for our likes and needs. We sadly left *City's hill* with only the most memorable, unforgettable experience possible and it was entirely due to this incredible human being. Thank you, Hakan, We miss you already 😢 💔
