+: Excellent selection at breakfast and on menu ……..chef very helpful with meals. Basic rooms, however cleaned daily, very clean, little fridge in room, aircon, and tea coffee making things. Plenty of towels and great veiw from the balcony Card system for paying at the bar and for meals is an excellent idea for both hotel and guests

+: Breakfast was superb and the hotel is bang in the middle of town as well - perfect - very friendly staff and talk about attentive!! Only just opened but I am sure it will be a great spot for the summer - reports of charges to use the pool for residents may hamper people staying there during the day, especially families but not certain on that as yet.
