+: Гарне співвідношення ціна-якість, при бронюванні вартість відрізнялася від 5 зіркового, наприклад, сусіднього Марко Поло у 3,5 рази, то шукати недоліки не бачу сенсу. Близько до моря, чисті номери, якісна їжа, відпочивають переважно люди пенсійного віку. Молоді буде сумно. В готелі дуже приємна атмосфера і її створює персонал, якесь відчуття дому, мабуть… Окреме дякую за мою ранкову каву по-турецькі, якої не було в меню, але для мене це було важливо. Автобус у центр Кемеру зупиняється біля готелю, зупинку шукати не треба, фрукти, солодощі- також перший магазин від готелю, і навпроти екскурсійне бюро, я замовляла екскурсію і трансфер в аеропорт, задоволена. Також можна взяти авто в оренду. Все що мені було потрібно для комфортного відпочинку я тут знайшла. Дуже дякую.

-: На пляжі немає де кабінки для перевдягання, незручно, але є в сусіднього готелю)))

+: Very good all round, being a chef , i was very pleased with the choice and quality of the food at every meal, especially fishy Friday. But unfortunately no bacon or decent sausage for breakfast, a small irrelevant niggle i know.

-: On the whole the drinks offered were not great,but Tuborg beer was cold , and we found the gin and vodka were proprietary brands so stuck with them and they came with decent tonic water. Oh , and by the way the entertainment was poor, and same old silly chestnut, guests placing towels on sun beds at 6.45 am, and the stampede for food as soon as the buffet was open, calm down people you will not starve..

+: Great value for money, clean and spacious rooms. Food was great, good selection and various dishes all the time, with several options available on the grill. Staff is very nice and supportive. Beach is really close and well equipped, plus there’s a beach bar with beverages and snacks. Spa services are very good for the money, Mehmet is a nice person and experienced masseur. No kids allowed - place is pretty quiet.

-: Soap could be better (the one that is in all the dispensers smells cheap). There were no toothbrushes paste shampoo in the bathroom.Alcohol was not great, except the beer - but I won’t expect anything better because it’s free (alco is included in AI).
