+: Для свайго кошту, гатэль супер. Канцэпцыя больш пасуе для сем’яў з дзецьмі. Так, гэта зусім не лакшэрі, але гэты гатэль і не пазіцыянуе сябе ў гэтай катэгорыі. Першая лінія, сасновы бор, паветра, якое хочацца набраць з сабой у слоік)

-: Невялікі выбар страў у рэстаране, віно з літровых бутэлек, але гэтыя недахопы вельмі адносныя)

+: The employees were super friendly. They speak so many languages, so it was fascinating. The territory was amazing. It is clean and green, with so many different plants. And they know how to spend time starting from something modern and going into Turkish stuff as well. The employees know how to work with children and do everything they can. And the food... it was so delicious!

-: Cleaning. I think it could be done a bit more thoroughly in a shower

+: In general stay in the hotel was pretty good. Hotel consists of small houses, each of which has a few rooms. It is much more cozy than huge hotel building with hundreds of rooms. I stayed there in end of September. Water was surprisingly clean, blue and warm. It is also important to mention that 90% of visitors were there with small kids. Its is neither good nor bad, just worth taking into consideration.

-: 1. Dishes and cutlery very often were slightly dirty. You need to check carefully when you take it 2. Staff in bar often puts their fingers in the drinks. That was nasty 3. Some of the beach towels were very worn out and had holes in them. Not a big deal, they were clean. But this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel 4. Beer was ok, but the rest of the alcohol was pretty bad. No brand, bad tasting, low quality alcohol. Even cocktails tasted bad 5. Food choice seems to be quite good, but a lot of dishes tasted not that great. They often use some oil or spices which spoiled the taste. Nevertheless for every meal I still was able to find variety of tasty food 6. Most of the rooms are located between two hotels disco areas. It might be hard to get a room where music with not disturb you during the night (till 2am) 7. Entertainment on the beach was too expensive (boats, trips, parasailing). This is not a hotel issue though

+: I loved some of the staff who, even though they did not speak English, were very sweet and very hard working! I loved meeting the animation team lady Elena (exceptionally lovely Russian lady) and the Tunisian animation guy. They were very sweet and kind people!.

-: It felt like the hotel was mainly for russian tourists and a lot of the russian ladies looked us up and down very rudely for no reason or maybe because they were racist as we are British Asian. I would not stay in this hotel again just because of the many rude russian guests.The other thing is the food was not labelled properly as they didn't specify which meat was it which was very annoying as we had to keep asking staff as we don't eat beef and some didn't know which meat and some gave us wrong information and some could not speakunderstand English.

+: Helpful and friendly resort staff. Nice rooms, each with its own balcony. Housekeeping was good; our room had not been cleaned only one day during a week-long stay. Free bottled water was available everywhere on the property, and it was also brought to our room on a regular basis. Good variety of meals for breakfast lunch, and dinner; although I wish fruits and vegetables (tomatoes, and apples, for example) be more tasteful for that time of year. Watermelons and melons were really delicious on some days. So was the tuna fish served on one of the evenings. Wine offered in cafeteria and in the bar was mediocre. Beer reasonably good. The beach and the water were very clean and not excessively crowded. Perhaps, the non-smoking area could be larger as most of the smoking area was occupied by non-smokers, anyway, because the non-smoke are was filling up already early in the morning.

-: Overall, this place is a good choice for families with kids, maybe less so for those who prefer quite and relaxing vacation. The rooms located closer to the pool area and the lobby can be very loud because of various activities that last until midnight with no way to fell asleep before those activities end. Concrete floors outside of the rooms, the stairs, and railings could be washed on a more regular bases, as over time they get covered with stains. Also, the smoking areas can be located further away the rest of vacationers, especially considering that many come to this resort with their children.

+: An Essen hat wirklich gar nichts gefehlt und es hat auch immer geschmeckt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern obwohl es in einigen Stellen noch renoviert werden sollte. Es sind genügend Pools vorhanden und hat auch einen eigenen Strand.

-: Die Anlage, vor allem in den Poolbereichen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was eigentlich nicht schlimm ist aber da gab es einige Stellen die sehr rutschig waren und so ziemlich, alle auf diesen bestimmten Steinen fast ausgerutscht sind weil da einfach die falschen Fließen verwendet wurden. Da war ein Licht lose neben einem Esstisch die mein Kind fast umgehaut hat. Dann hat mich das besetzen der Liegen am Strand und am Kinderpool extrem gestört. Da wurden liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert und wir konnten uns nicht um den Kinderbecken hinlegen und mussten den ganzen Tag um den Kinderpool stehen weil da einfach alle Liegen mit einem Handtuch besetzt waren falls die Person ja mal bock hätte mit seinemihrem Kind dahin zu kommen. Das Wasser im Kinderbecken war extrem Kalt, wir haben unser Kind nur kurz reingelassen damit es nicht krank wird. Was ich außerdem überhaupt nicht verstanden habe, gab es nach dem Frühstück eine weile nichts zu essen, was ja ok ist aber kurz bevor das Mittagsbuffet eröffnet hat, haben sie die Snackbar geöffnet wo man eigentlich schon satt wurde und später kein bock auf das ganze gute Essen im Mittagsbuffet hatte. Bis man dann halbwegs wieder Hunger bekam war auch das Mittagsbuffet wieder geschlossen. Mich hat auch extrem gestört das der Manager da herumlief und mit Fingerpointig herumkommandierte und auch einige der Mitarbeiter mit lauter stimme erniedrigte, das ist höchst unprofessionell Herr Manager !!! Des weiteren musste man manchmal vor allem bei Essenszeiten sehr lange am Getränkebar anstehen. Wieso man in der Kantine keinen Automaten für Cola & Co. aufstellt ist mir auch ein Rätsel. Und der Hauptgrund weshalb ich nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen oder generell nach Antalya reisen würde ist: Animation ist zu 95% auf russische Kunden gerichtet da sie überwiegen vertreten sind. Einer aus dem Animationsteam hat das Air Tag meines Kindes mitgenommen, den ich noch orten konnte und niemand hat sich dafür entschuldigt!
