+: Location, staff, cleanless, breakfast are very good.

-: Experience in staying in a family room is not as good as expected: 1. The room itself is very small. There were no even space to place our bags. This is the main issue. 2. The room is located in a basement, so not so much light (but it was known before check in so we were ready for it). 3. Room is located near staff room (also in a basement) so from 7:30 AM you can hear all staff talks, door slamming, sounds of plates washing etc. So many noises in the early morning.

+: Nos gustó absolutamente todo. La habitación súper cómoda. Solo nos alojamos 2 noches, sin embargo nos encantó. Está ubicado a unos pasos de mezquita azul, de noche es seguro. La cuadra donde se ubica es súper silenciosa. El personal del hotel es encantador. Seguramente volveremos a este hotel. Camino del nuevo aeropuerto hasta el hotel toma aprox. 1 hora. El desayuno nos gustó, había variedad de opciones, desayuno típico turco.

+: Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno aiutati in tutto e risposto sempre alle nostre necessità. La pulizia della stanza viene effettuata ogni giorno ed buona, inoltre lasciano l'acqua gratuita quotidianamente. La posizione è eccellente, in una stradina senza uscita silenziosa, comodissima per visitare il centro della città e bel collegata ai mezzi per andare ovunque. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi ristoranti, tutti molto cari e turistici, ma in fondo è la zona più turistica della città!

-: La struttura è datata, i mobili vecchi, gli asciugamani sfilacciati, il letto matrimoniale sfondato da una parte. La camera e il bagno sono piccoli ma credo nella media di Istanbul. La colazione non è un gran che, ingredienti scandenti, alcune cose stantie e tanti coloranti nella pasticceria... Visto il rating che aveva su Booking.com al momento della mia prenotazione (9.5!!) mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più! adesso è calato a 9.1 ma è, a mio parere, comunque eccessivo per questa struttura. Non ci tornerei.
