-: Ich habe auf booking.com ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Im Hotel sollte das Frühstück 20 € pro Tag extra kosten? Ich erwarte von Ihnen eine Stellungnahme und eine Rückerstattung des gebuchten Frühstücks von meiner Reservierung. Beim Einchecken wurde der volle Preis für 3 Nächte verlangt? Am letzten Tag konnte ich mein Zimmer nicht mehr betreten, obwohl im Hotel angegeben war, dass man bis 12 Uhr auschecken muss. An der Minibar war keine Preisliste. Ich habe für eine Dose Cola, eine kleine Portion Erdnüsse und einen Snicker über 17 Euro bezahlt.

-: The hotel, unfortunately, didn’t live up to the expectations. - I travelled with a friend who had a later flight, and she was refused check in without me. Thankfully, I was nearby, but that’s really not a good start of the check in. - Later, we’ve discovered that the room didn’t have disposable tissues and the dental kit - we had to ask it on the reception. - The internet was turning off unexpectedly. We had some work calls during the day and it’s wasn’t a good experience. Overall, it was a mediocre stay, but not worth the value in our opinion and not much of Radisson.

+: Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Taksim Platz und hat eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wirklich sehr sauber. Besonders hat uns das tolle Personal gefallen. Sie waren alle sehr gastfreundlich und professionell. Vielen Dank an İbrahim Bey und sein gesamtes Team, wir kommen sicherlich wieder 😊
