+: Lage, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Personal, 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser täglich.

-: Zimmer hatte so gut wie keine Ablageflächen. Wandhaken oder zusätzliche Regalbretter wären sehr hilfreich. Im Bad gab es keine Möglichkeit, gebrauchte Duschtücher aufzuhängen.

+: Amplasarea este foarte comodă, stația de metrou și tramvai este foarte aproape, zona este plină cu magazine și locuri unde poți mînca și cumpără dulciuri și suvenire! Hotelul este foarte drăguț, dispune de jacuzzi și saună, micul dejun este destul de variat și suficient și încăperile sunt destul de spațioase și curate și oferă destul de multe facilități! Cu siguranță mai revenim!

+: Άψογο πρωινό, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία αν σου αρέσει να περπατάς στην παλιά πόλη!

+: Helpful staff. Good location

-: Everything else. Very small, dated rooms. Glass sliding bathroom doors, not fully closing and one having a see through hole in the door handle. Extremely narrow, almost claustrophobic corridors. Probably smallest lifts I've seen in any 4 star hotel. Same breakfast everyday. My first and the last stay in this poorly maintained at best a 2 star hotel.

-: The bathroom was middle of the room.also bedroom was too small.

+: Estupenda calidad precio. Muy servicial el personal. Buena localización cerca del centro y transportes.

-: No tienen el control del minibar. Pero no hubo problemas al decirles que no había consumido nada.
