This hotel is 50 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and 500 meters from the shopping center of Alanya. It features an outdoor pool, a restaurant with a terrace, and free parking.
Resitalya’s rooms are decorated in warm colors. Air conditioning, a private balcony, satellite TV and a bathroom with hairdryer are also included.

-: Staff was very rude when there were problems with the room and there was plenty. All the problems were downplayed with bad attitude. Dirty rooms with dirty and torn towels and sheets. Had to change room because of cockroach problem and even then I had to argue about it. Only one staff member spoke English. Can't recommend this "hotel" to anyone. Also overheard other customers complaining.

+: Nicest, most helpful and funniest staff. Perfect location, not too far from the city and beach is next to the hotel. Also if you need a taxi the taxi station is right next to the hotel. If you need little snacks, cigarrets or drinks you can just go to the lobby and buy from there and it’s not overly priced which is so good thing. The pool is not usually too crowded so you can go there and relax. Also i love that the hotel is not too expensive and you can still get a good room and everything. Overall i always enjoy my time in there.
-: The only ”bad” thing would be that the wifi is sometimes not working well but that’s normal and such a little thing so it didn’t bother me too much.
