-: There is bad smell in my room. I couldn’t sleep well because of bad smelling I think it’s coming from the ventilation and I think most of the room like that because I smelt this kind of smell in the restaurant itself but in a small way, but in my room it was so clear, the smell was very bad. I spoke to the reception many times but nothing changed.

+: The hotel & its service were amazing. Two or 3 times rooms service per day (providing extra water, chocolate, & towels if needed, etc...). The Bosphorous view from my room was amazing! The breakfast was rich & delicious. The only negative point is that you have to climb a road to reach the Taksim area (10 min walk from the hotel), which can be quite tiring for some family memberspeople. However, I highly recommend the stay @ The Ritz Carlton.
