+: I liked the fact they have awosme arcades games and play station which is included in all inclusive. Breakfast lunch and dinner amazing. And Nysa bar with lots of milkshakes and ice cream plus the cafe bar. The room was kept clean and staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is like Disney amazing. They also have nice indoor pool in spa area. We loved the shuttle bus to Rixos at 1pm every day we booked to go there and enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor pool.
-: There is no kids club where you can leave your kids it’s all open plan down stairs and it’s so noisy and the fact that some parents don’t supervise their young kids they leave them running around unsupervised which is a safeguarding risk it should be common sense if there is no kids club supervise your children.

+: The facilities of the hotel are huge. Also, a bonus mark for the activities that they run in the The Land Of Legends theme park which you will have an access to it for free. We enjoyed the dolphin show there, and the dancing fountain outside of it.
-: The staff were not active in helping the guests especially in the eating areas as you have to wait for around 5 minutes until you see someone to ask himher for a drink. The area is very noisy and you can't enjoy a quite time. Also, there are some machine games that are not working or missing items such as balls. The room comes without an iron, which let you think why it is a 5-stars hotel if it can't provide that. Simply to charge the guests extra money for ironing the clothes. The food selection is not good as you are struggling sometimes to find something that is suitable for you. Even though, we stayed for two days, but we thought that two days were more than enough for this place specially as everyone was talking about it, so we had a a big expectation about it. The value for money is not, as we payed more to this hotel compared to another hotel which we had a better room and better service.
