+: Otelde istediğiniz her şey elinizin altında bulunuyor. Kişisel asistanlarınız tatiliniz süresince rahatınız için uğraşıyorlar. Temizlik beklediğimizden daha iyi. Yemekler güzeldi.
-: Kaçta uyanırsanız uyanın şezlonların üzerinde havlu bulunuyor. Otelin buna bir çözüm bulması gerekiyor. Havlu kartı gibi bir uygulama olmadığı için isteyen istediği kadar havluyu alıp sezlonların üzerine bırakıyor. Sezlonlar birbirine çok yakın. Personal space tabiri otelde havuz kenarında ve sahilde geçerli değil.

+: Tout était parfait ! Les chambres , les activités , l’Aqua Park , les restos , le personnel , les spectacles … la conciergerie via whatsapp avec des assistants qui répondent dans la minute ! Un grand merci à Hassan , tamerlan et Ilham du rixy kids Nous avons hâte de repartir !

+: Nous avons adoré le climat de Kemer. L'hôtel est vraiment très grand et magnifique, rien à dire. J'ai énormément aimé la relation client via WhatsApp ; ils sont vraiment au petit soin ; ils font tout pour vous rendre service et s'assurer que rien ne vous manque pour passer un agréable séjour. TOP la Guests Relation :) Bravo ! Le kids club est super bien. Les animateurs sont souriants et bienveillants.
-: Le personnel, en général, est très peu souriant et, souvent, ne comprennent pas l'anglais (dur de communiquer donc), exception faite de certaines personnes bien sûr qui nous ont d'ailleurs autorisés à mettre leur photo (durant notre séjour, elles se sont toujours montrées très professionnelles et agréables. Le personnel du People's restaurant cependant était Top top et top :) Les points d'amélioration, à mon sens, sont les suivants : - Le menu du restaurant principal n'est pas varié, du tout, malgré des soirées à thème. Je ne peux m'empêcher de le comparer au Paloma Finesse ou au Rixos Premium Belek, nous avons vraiment été déçus par la variété du "main restaurant". - L'animation le soir : la qualité des spectacles n'était pas digne d'un Rixos. Ils se résumaient en show danse très très amateurs. - Le choix des restaurant à la carte "free of charge" était très réduit. Au vu du prix du séjour au Rixos, il est dommage que les meilleurs restaurants soient en extra charge. - l'Aqua parc est très décevant (petit et peu d'attractions).
