+: Facilities and clean
-: Nothing was open, restaurants were full before we arrived so we couldn’t book any. Waffles stand was closed. False advertising with Starbucks as the menu was very small and no vegan milks available apart from soya, activities was closed. Bowling wasn’t open , gaming wasn’t open . The place was nice but very disappointing. Not proper labelling of the food. We didn’t get a tour of the hotel either.

+: We loved how kids friendly it is. I highly doubt kids would feel bored for 1 minute. So many things to do. Very well equipped.

+: The hotel has great facilities for all ages, you cannot really get bored there. We loved the ice cream house and the shisha bar, also Mandarin and Mermaid restaurants have a decent variety of food that tasted better than anywhere else in the hotel.
-: Cleanliness was unfortunately our biggest issue. The floor in the room has been left uncleaned and unmopped throughout our stay, sometimes minibar would not get refilled properly or things like toilet paper.The biggest cause of concern was the pool - we booked a pool suite and had access directly to the pool from our terrace. This pool I have seen it get cleaned twice throughout our 9 nights stay by someone who only sifted the leaves that fell from the tree into the water. There‘s no water recirculating system to recirculate water and we could not smell any chlorine. Both my husband and I left the hotel with ear infection and streptococcus, now we‘re both on an intense 10 day antibiotics treatment. Major red flag.The food in most restaurants is lacking flavour, especially Turqoise restaurant. The dishes are very bland and tasteless, most of them even lack salt. La Rosetta restaurant has horrible main courses. My husband ordered a steak and I ordered the chicken, both with no taste, no salt, and my husband wanted his steak medium done but got it very rare and bloody. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately it is very rare to find someone with a good level of English to speak to and avoid misunderstandings. The two main languages spoken around this resort are russian and turkish, so arm yourselves with a lot of patience.
