+: The rooms were very tidy and nice. Our room had an amazing view to the sea. It was easy talking with the staff and asking help. The pool area was very nice and the rooms were not too hot, eventhough the weather outside was.
-: Some of the staff memebers were not so nice. They were a bit rude, even though we were really respectful towards them, and would have given tips, if we had had some nicer customer service.

+: Yemekler muhteşemdi …çalışanla çok saygılı ve güler yüzlü …plaja yürüyerek 3 dakika , 1 şemsiye 2 şezlong 300 tl , 8 Euro yani …bir daha yine burada kalırım , tam pansiyon tercih ederim yine , güzel yemek Alanya da biraz zor bulunuyor , özellikle mutfağı için bu oteli tercih ederim…oda temiz ve yatak çok rahattı..
-: Kaldığımız oda yan binaya bakıyordu , güneş alması biraz sıkıntılıydı ..

+: Habitación muy agradable con vistas a la piscina y al mar. Ubicación perfecta, con acceso a la playa y muy cerca del teleférico (que lleva al castillo que domina la ciudad, de visita obligada al final del día), del paseo marítimo y del centro.
-: La conexión wifi bastante inestable.
