+: We got the Cleopatra suite and I highly recommend it! As it faces the beach and you're on the top floor! Staff were, welcoming polite and approachable. Hotel extremely clean! Please get the all inclusive package! You won't regret it! It's buffet style but food is cooked freshly and very delicious!

+: The hotel is exactly what it is on the pictures - clean, spacious, with nice interior design. Despite Alanya's extremely dense buildings placement, you don't feel like this one is squeezed in - the pool is of the right size for the hotel of this scale, the restaurant is more than capable of hosting everyone at the same time, and the rooms are just about the right size for a 'beach holiday' hotel. Breakfast is quite a standard affair with live-cooked omelette, a selection of cheeses and vegetables, but dinner is definitely top-notch. There is always stuff to pick from, some meats are being cooked in front of you, and you can find something for every taste. Probably seafood selection could be better, but I have been reliably advised that Turkey in general is not your prime destination for seafood cooking expertise, so... A STRONG recommendation would be to go for the pool or sea-view room, as otherwise you'll be staring at a concrete wall of the nearby building, which is barely 4 meters away. We have foolishly booked that room, but upon check-in were offered an upgrade (for a fee), which was the best money spent. Also, if you have a chance to book a room on the top two floors, use this opportunity - there is a park cemetery between the beach and the hotel, so it might hide the beach from the view a bit from the lower floors.

-: The only real complaint is that they charge you for coffee during dinner even if you're on a half-board package. Fine, alcohol is not included, but coffee? They are charging around 200,- EUR per night, and they bill you an extra 40,- TLL (around 1,30,- EUR) for a cup of what is barely better than a Nescafe. This complaint is not about the money, but rather about their effort to go over the top with trying to make money.

+: le petit déjeuner ca été a part qu'on nous a fait payé 2 jus d'orangeà la fi de notre sejour qu'on a jamais bu qui était en extra la c'est vraiment lamentable et pas pros

-: l accueil de la réception quand on est arrivé après un voyage la nuit vers 9h du matin on a du attendre jusqu'à Midi pour avoir notre chambre sans un verre d'eau minimum proposé par le personnel vraiment pas pros de leur part comparer aux hôtels en Tunisie ou ailleurs. Le personnel de l'Hotel à revoir vraiment je ne conseil pas cet hotel

-: 1- not all items in the breakfast are covered by the booking if it includes breakfast (kind of way to scam people because the paid items are not marked or separated from the unpaid items) 2- too noisy because of the clubs in the area

+: The room were comfortable and very modern. Very clean. The cleaner cleaned every day and changed towels daily. The staff are always attentive and friendly. We had a lovely sea view from our room. At dinner the head chef filleted some fish for us and garnished with seasonings and olive oil which was very kind and made our meal very special.

-: Need more variety of foods at breakfast and dinner. We only eat fish and vegetarian dishes but fish was only on the menu 5 days out of 7 days and not much variety of vegetarian dishes available apart from pasta with cheese. Not much entertainment in the evenings
