-: Bemötandet vid check in var under all kritik. Vi fick ingen information om något. Dem visade oss till rummet och gick. På morgonen fick vi själva gå och hämta schema samt kort för uthämtning av handdukar. Samma mat serverades varje dag, fanns ingen variation. I slutet av resan var vi t.o.m. rädda att äta för att vissa saker smakade gammalt. Städningen var inget bättre, man fick i princip be dem städa. Rummen var smutsiga, från golv till dörrar. Efter ett dem städat så fanns det ändå var spår av sand, och papper. Personalen kan ingen Engelska. Otrevliga personal har vi aldrig mött! Bassängerna var under all kritik med, lutade hur mycket klor som helst. Även dessa var väldigt smutsigast och skitna.
