Además las excursiones que contratabamos por Booking nos las cancelaban siempre porque la ubicación del hotel no entraba en la ruta de sus recogidas, lo que nos hizo algunos contratiempos de última hora.

+: Very comfortable and clean. The cleanest hotel I experienced during my entire holiday in Turkiye. Hoovered and mopped daily, water and a fridge provided. Beds were comfortable. Location was a bit far from attractions, but most companies provided a shuttle service to pick you up from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Very quiet and peaceful location. Best room was the pink room! Would love to stay there again if I return to Cappadocia.
-: Booking.com stated that we were entitled to late check-out as part of the Genius Level 3 Perks. However, we were told to check out at 12. The breakfast area should have food covers as part of hygiene standards to prevent flies entering the food as it's quite a humid location.

+: Nice building and room, but some facilities were rather old. The breakfast was very good.
-: The location is far away from Goreme where most the activities are organized. The taxi becomes expensive especially if organized by the hotel. Bad to very bad WIFI. It is mostly not connecting. The reconnect you have to pay attention a it does not log in automatically and you have to log in every time. Never ask the reception of the hotel to call a taxi for you. Rather look on the internet and find taxi drivers in Goreme.

-: Very dim room, flies sitting on breakfast so we couldn't eat breakfast since it was very unhygienic. The room is very hot only 1 fan in the room. Could barely see anything in the room because light was so dim. Anyone could see inside our room with the way the windows are set up. Not a great experience.

-: Het bed kraakte Het eten was niet lekker Douche lekte aan alle kanten waardoor de badkamer een grote zwembad leek. We hadden een kamer met een jacuzzi hier was alleen koud water. Hou rekening met het feit dat het stinkt maar schimmel, in de cave room. Het is erg vochtig geen airco of verwarming. Bij het uitchecken vroegen ze niet eens of alles naar wens was. Kortom weg blijven van dit hotel
