Set in a secluded bay, on a hill, in Sarigerme, Seno Resort Sarigerme has a private beach area with free sun loungers and parasols. Pavilions are also available at a surcharge. This resort offers a lagoon pool by the beach, an infinity pool with views, a seating area, as well as extensive spa facilities. Free WiFi is accessible throughout.
The guestrooms at Seno Resort Sarigerme feature a balcony or terrace with views and a seating area. Each room has a mini-bar, kettle with tea & coffee setup, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A safety deposit box and a make-up mirror is also standard.

+: Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Küche seeeehr gut und viel Auswahl auch für Vegetarier. Anlage top. Zimmer groß und sehr sauber. Wasseraktivitäten auch super. Lage zum Flughafen perfekt.
-: Je nachdem, wo das Zimmer ist, kann es sehr laut werden. Vor allem hört man die Musik vom Magic Life Hotel, was nachts extrem stört. Außerdem ist es etwas nervig, dass nicht alle Getränke all inclusive sind. Das Essen ist zwar sehr gut, aber Dessert war meistens nicht so lecker.

+: Outstanding food and main and beach restaurants, Chef and his team are brilliant , very good beach, sea, nice reception, special good words to SPA and Murat!!! Bar team is also pretty good (special thanks for gintonik with strawberry and cucumbers)), much appreciated to Executive manager of this hotel for hospitality and great attitude.
-: Gym is very limited and air-condition there is quite poor, not a single barbell, dumbells are different like un schoolgym. Biting flies are quite annoying. And the most important thing - price. Guys, it's doublled then last year!!! Keep yourself in hands, I beg you!

+: Restaurant was quite goodSeveral poolsAdults only hotel
-: Reception:-Never in my entire life have I had such rude people at the reception.This is the worst service I have ever has in a hotel. The people at the reception are extremely rude and quite useless. They provide no service except for giving you your room key.I asked to speak to the manager several times and their answer was "he's never there because he manages several hotels".Also, when we left, we asked for a luggage to be put in the luggage room as our plane was later that day. What a surprise it was to find that our luggage was left alone outside under the heat all day long instead of being put in the luggage room as promised. Some of our stuff were stolen as a result and all the reception could say was "we are sorry". Not my definition of a 4 star hotel.Room :- I booked a room with "ocean view" and the view was completely different from the pictures. It depends on which building you are located, ours was the furthest away from the sea, you could barely see it.- no conditionner, no lotion, no hard soap, no shower cap- only cheap shampooshower gel all in one.- no real coffee (soluble) and very cheap tea (lipton)...- mini bar only had 6 drinks, no food in it. Mini bar was not free even though it was the same products (soft drinks) you could have at the restaurant and pool bar for free.Our room was located far from everything. And it was up on a hill with no shuttle going there.Took us 25min to reach the restaurant every time. It was such a pain! Sometimes we were hungry but couldn't bother to do the trip. (5min to walk to the shuttle point 1015min du wait for the shuttle under the heat and 5 min of trip to the restaurant). That's quite a long way to do everyday, 3 times a day.The oasis bar near the pool was quite lacking. They only had sandwiches nothing else. Besides breakfast lunch and dinner, there wasn't much in the snacks and drinks department.Everything is located at the beach bar.
