+: The food options were amazing and the resort staff were all very polite and welcoming. The resort had lots of activities and a great ambience and vibe. Unfortunately, I got ill at one point and really appreciated how the guest relations staff checked in and even arranged my transport back from the hospital.

-: The staff could do better with understanding English. It's quite frustrating that a lot of foreigners come and English, as a standard international language isn't understoodspoken by hospitality staff in Turkey.
