+: Beautiful resort and fantastic staff everyone was super helpful including the lovely cleaning staff who all did a brilliant job. We went on the free walk and the activities team were brilliant and super fun!The Adult family deluxe room with two bedrooms was very nice. We loved the fact you could go into the family resort but then come back to the much quieter adult resort. The shows at night were fantastic.

-: Sometimes the food was just warm especially in the adult snack bar area even when it had just opened up! The pasta restaurant food was a bit bland however the Chinese was really good, tasty hot and fresh.Everything else was fabulous though

-: WiFi kept disconnecting on all our mobiles and iPads so we had to reconnect many times each day. We were allocated the wrong room on a booking.com trip so had to sort next day.

+: Location and adults only section is super good. And if you have kids, they got you covered as well. Great location, great facilities, great crew and great food. Truly exceptional.

+: The food was incredibly delicious, always something new to try. The beach was beautiful, clear aqua blue water and even a few fish to see while snorkeling. There are many activities to do at the resort all throughout the day, or you can just lay out by the sea or the many pools and lounge. Nightly live bands. The staff are warm and welcoming, and nothing is too much to ask of them. This is hands down the best resort my husband and I have ever stayed at.

-: The cocktails at the beach bars don’t really have much alcohol in them. Probably need to ask for extra shots in them.

+: people who serve at the restaurants and at the beach are very efficient and friendly. Room is cleaned nicely and beds are comfortable.

-: Lobby, corridors and elevators are not air conditioned. At night some roads and steps are not lighted enough which could be hazardous. Fridge is supposed to be replenished every day but when they see “do not disturb “ sign, they never come back.
