+: The green territory and location by the sea, kids club is fantastic, splash park and main pools, coffee and ice-cream places, food is ok and edible, the entry into sea is not too rocky (small pebbles)
-: The staff in restaurants 9 times out of 10 will bring you the drink you didn't order, the glass filled with alcohol was left by previous guests and stood by our patio for 9 days even after I mentioned it at reception, other ttle things that shouldn't happen in a 5 star hotel, the lack of big comfy sitting places like outfoor sofas etc to spend the hours after dark..the mysterious "your room is not available" after your flight times changed and you arrived 12 hours later, but paid for the room a few days before and informed the hotel of flight changes. A la carte is really a bog standard food.
