+: Das Personal war sehr angenehm und bemüht. Schöne, gepflegte Anlage und schöner Strand. Das Essen war gut und abwechselungsreich. Restaurantanmosphere war angemehm.
-: Der Strand war mit Zigarettensrümmeln und anderem Mühl verschmutzt. Das erste Zimmer war voll verschimmelt. Nach dem Wechsel war das zweite Zimmer besser. Jedoch war die Duschkabine nicht dicht und wir hatten nach jedem Duschen Hochwasser. Die Mitarbeiter kamen 2 mal vorbei, aber das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Am meisten hat uns Eiskaltes Wasser in dem Schwimmbecken vor unserem Zimmer enttäuscht. Ich hoffte, Kinder werden dort viel schwimmen. Aber das Wasser war unmöglich kalt. Auch im Aquapark war das Wasser sehr kalt. Eine Kinder wollten nicht hingehen. Der Aquapark war nur 10-12 und 14-17 offen.

-: Usually I can find weaknesses but not here. I have stayed in more expensive hotels in this region that are nowhere near as good. The bottom line is that the staff from cleaners to waiters to management all look like they enjoy their work. They want you to enjoy your holiday and value your custom.

+: Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Anlage ist groß und es ist für die ganze Familie unglaublich viel geboten. All inklusive vom feinsten. Das Personal war äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr besorgt. Wir bekamen sogar für eine Nacht die wir in einer anderen Kategorie dazu gebucht hatten, ein Upgrade und durften das Zimmer wechseln, da uns das erste nicht so gefiel. Das Essen ist einmalig! Der Wasserpark mit den Rutschen ist genial. So tolle Rutschen habe ich noch nie erlebt.
-: Die Musik lief fast den ganzen Tag am Pool und oft etwas zu laut.
