+: Wonderful family holiday, staff worked none stop, room was fantastic (we stayed in the Aqua building) plenty of sunbeds in that part of the hotel, great atmosphere and food, 100% recommend.
-: Entertainment quite old school so that could be updated a bit :-)

+: Cała rodzina jest zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pracownicy recepcji, barmani, animatorzy, osoby dbające o czystość- wszyscy zawsze uśmiechnięci i gotowi do pomocy. Jedzenie przepyszne i urozmaicone. Nie było problemu, że ktoś przyszedł 10 minut przed końcem wydawania posiłku. Półmiski z jedzeniem były permanentnie uzupełniane przepysznym i gorącym jedzeniem. Pokoje codzienne sprzątane, pościel i ręczniki codzienne wymienione. Było czysto i komfortowo. Czuliśmy się w tym hotelu świetnie. Mamy nadzieję,że kiedyś tam wrócimy.
-: Nie podobało nam się jedynie to, że czas tak szybko zleciał i trzeba było wracać do domu 🙂🙃

+: Az ellátás (all inclusive), a személyzet, a tisztaság kiváló volt. A kaják változatosak és finomak, a szobát mindig gyönyörű rendben tálaltuk, és kétszer is kaptunk dekorációt az ágyra. A tengerpartjuk is jobb, mint az óvárosi félsziget nyugati oldalán lévők, mert tágasabb. A partra óránként indítanak buszt, ami 5 perc alatt odaér. A színpadon minden este műsor van.
-: Az alábbiakat egyáltalán nem tartottuk gondnak, csak azért írom le, mert tovább tudnák növelni velük az amúgy magas kényelmi szinvonalukat:A parton nincs saját bárjuk, tehát az all inclusive ott nem érvényes, másik hotel bárjából tudsz vásárolni italt, üdítőt.A szoba nem volt túl tágas és nem dupla ágy volt benne, hanem két ágy összetolva.
