+: St. Regis in Istanbul is such a disappointment. The hotel shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel. Its very outdated and not clean at all. However the staff was amazing, trying to help as as much they could to figure out the other options for us. All of them were very professional and friendly.
-: The room were so dirty and disgusting. If you book 5 stars hotel you have expectations. St. Regis Marriott should me ashamed to call this 5 stars hotel and charge so much. I stayed in different St. Regis hotels and really like it but this one was such a disappointment.
