+: Great location to restaurants and main attractions. Air conditioning was very good and decent quality toiletries provided. Hotel lobby was nice and was a great place to relax.
-: The rooms entertainment needs an update, impossible to access the HDMI ports to connect a Firestick for the children. One of the 2 rooms we booked had a funny smell that wouldn't go way. Given that this hotel is opposite the main Sura hotel we were told we can use the main hotels pool but only the 'last day' we were told we can also go for the breakfast at the main hotel (their breakfast in this hotel had a very small selection). The worst part of it all was the metal corner guards in the room are very sharp - my child had a very bad cut during the night and the hotel had NO first aid kit or doctors on call. When requesting plasters, I was given ONE band-aid and only after getting manager involved I received additional first aid items but again very limited. Shocked that both this and main hotel didn't have a first aid kit but lesson learnt; will make sure to carry a travel sized first aid kit from now on!

-: قمت بالحجز في سورا ديزاين . وقاموا بتحويلي إلى سورا صوفيا .من غير سبب واضح . والغرفه صغيره جدا وقريبه من عمال النظافه . ومن الداخل كثير الاعمده. وقريبه من الرأس أصبنا في الرأس كذا مره . ثانيا التكييف غير جيد . والغطاء غطاء شتوي وليس للصيف . يعمل كتمه من الداخل لا نستطيع النوم به ..
