-: The impolite staff in the skiing center, obscure prices (sometimes charged card payment fees, sometimes giving cash payment discounts, sometimes accepting a lower price. It felt like a bazaar), lack of English-speaking staff, and the room was not in the best condition (broken door, dirty bathroom).

+: الموقع وجميع النشاطات متوفرة ولكن لا يوجد متابعين لسواح وتم النصب علينا حرفيا بشراء ملابس الثلج بمبلغ خيالي جدا ، واكتشفت ان الملابس متوفر بالفندق الدور 2-
-: السرير لا بوجد غلاية ماء ولا يوجد كوفي ومزعج للغايه لايوجد عازل للصوت ولا استطيع النوم بسبب النزلاء وازعاج الاطفال

-: Otele girişte bile kahvaltı hizmetinde yararlanamıyorsunuz. Vale ye araba bırakmak zorundasınız ve ücretli. Skipass için nakit depozito zorunlu. Otel konaklamasına gelenlere bile otopark ve giriş ücretli. Yemek seçenekleri yok ve çay için bile sıra bekliyorsunuz.

+: The breakfast and dinner buffet was decent. The view was nice. The stuff were mostly helpful.
-: In the middle of nowhere. False advertising, On booking they responded to a question asking if there is snow and snowboarding & they said yes only for me to go there and skiing and snowboarding season was nowhere near being started yet. Other than snowboarding there was absolutely no reason for me to be there and absolutely nothing to do or anybody there. One girl at the front desk was rude also & didnt really want to help. Upon arrival, wifi was down 3 hours+ and I had no turkish sim.
