+: Good breakfast and activities. Staff pleasant.

-: Lunch and dinner options could’ve varied more day to day and definitely a different themed dinner each night would’ve been good such as Chinese, Japanese or Indian. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and found it hard to sleep well each night. Entertainment really needs to improve and be more varied. We watched a dance act for 10 mins which I didn’t find very family friendly due to outfits worn and dance moves. Music throughout could be more up to date.

+: It looks like old Spanish or Italian cozy town. But inside the hotel is fashionable and well equipped. Food I tried, was average for Turkey but good!!! Let’s say that the hotel is done like a good European hotel, and my personal rating is not 4 stars, 4 + or closer to 5 star …

-: I got a running nose due to conditioner) but it means that conditioner is good😂

+: Die Anlage ist super sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Essen ist hervorragend.Es gibt außerdem viele Sport Aktivitäten.

-: Die Preise für die in der Anlage angebotenen Massagen sind extrem überteuert (auch für die deutsche Verhältnisse!) gewesen. Das war sehr schade und wir haben das Angebot aus diesem Grund nicht in Anspruch genommen.

-: Nur ein großer Pool mit zu wenig unterschiedlichen Höhen, unser Kind von 6 Jahren konnte noch nicht schwimmen, wollte aber auch nicht mehr in den Kinderpool (viel zu flach). 3 Tage nacheinander haben Kinder in den Pool gekackt bzw. gebrochen. Sowas hatten wir vorher noch nie. Zu wenig Liegen am Pool, ab 10 Uhr ist alles belegt. Sehr oft werden nur Handtücher auf die Liegen gelegt.Zu wenig Tische im Aussenbereich vom Restaurant. Insgesamt war das Restaurant sehr modern aber sehr sehr laut.Poolbar war uns zu weit weg. Es müsste noch eine zweite Bar geben, wo wenigstens Softgetränke angeboten werden. Zu wenig bzw. zu einfache Abendanimation.Abendessen zu eintönig, keine Themenabende
