+: Un hotel che consiglio a tutti per tante ragioni! Sicuramente per la gentilezza di tutto lo staff, cominciando da Ozan che è un gran essere umano, empatico e servizievole… io ho viaggiato in Istanbul per fare un intervento chirurgico e l’umanità e premura di Ozan sono stati fondamentali per me e mia mamma che mi ha accompagnato. Il resto dello staff non era da meno, la signora della colazione é un amore e fa le colazioni col cuore, il ragazzo che sta in reception la sera anche lui adorabile, la signora che puliva le camere, il signore che innaffiava le piante, ci sono tutti entrati nel cuore! A questo aggiungiamo la posizione strategica e perfetta per conoscere Istanbul, perché ti trovi nel centro ma la notte non é caotico come in altri hotel della Old Town! Mia mamma ha amato andare a fare shopping nei tanti mercatini che c’erano a due passi! Sicuramente ritorneremo e torneremo e questo hotel!

+: Hotel booked as great location. Communication via WhatsApp as we bus and train towards Istanbul was efficient and appreciated. Reception by Ozan was informative and professional. A good service offered to us, including lovely chap who delivered our held luggage to room, ensuring our fridge worked and all ok.A layered, well presented Turkish breakfast, efficient friendly staff a good way to start day with lovely views and a good coffee.
