+: Die Lage

-: Zimmer und Bettwäsche werden nicht saubergemacht in 7 Tagen wurde die Bettwäsche kein einziges Mal gewechselt! Kein einziger Mitarbeiter hatte ein Lächeln im Gewicht, man füllt sich nicht willkommen ! Die Teller werden vom Tisch geräumt obwohl man noch am Essen ist ! Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und das ist das schlimmste !!!

+: المسبح جميل الغرف جيدة لكن صغيرة

-: تعامل العمال عند تقديم المشروبات والطعام كان سيئ .. نقص في انواع الطعام مثلا في الصباح لم يتم تقديم الفواكه مع الفطور وفي المساء انواع الطعام كانت محددة جداً تنتهي كل الفعاليات بعد الساعة 11 ليلا لا يوجود فالي لركن السيارات عليك ركنها بنفسك

+: Tykkään paljon Kemerista. Hotelli oli valittu sen perusteella, että sukulaiset olivat jo aikasemmin täällä käyneet pari vuotta sitten . Tällä kerrallakin he ostivat matkan Venäjältä matkatoimiston kautta ja me valittiin saman hotellin ollaksemme yhdessä. Itse en olisi valinnut tätä.Hotellissa oli hyvä aamujooga ja vesijumppa, Spa-osasosto on mahtavaa. Ja sijainti Kemerin keskustassa on mukavaa, kaikki kaupat on lähellä, merelle 10 min. kestävä kävelymatka. Ruoka oli myös hyvää. Huoneen siisteys!!! Kiitos siitä. Vastanoton palvelu on ystävällinen ja kohtelias.

-: Hotelli ei ole viiden tähden hotelli ollenkaan. Esim. juomisen valikoima oli aivan huono, melkein kaikista piti maksaa lisää. Internetti oli myös huono, vaikka ostettiin hotellista (3€ pv). Tyttäreni ei pystynyt tekemään töitä. Siitä kerrottiin vastaanotolla, tilanne ei parantunut eikä alennusta huonosta netistä tullut. Uimaranta ei ollut vielä valmis silloin kun tultiin, eikä siellä edes ole suihkua. Teestä ja vedestäkin piti maksaa.😡Siivojat hotellissa olivat aamuisin (klo 8.00) omassa olotilassa ja puhuivat todella kovalla äänellä, poltivat tupakkaa, hurja haju on ollut käytävällä. Äänieristys huoneessa oli huono.
