+: Overall the hotel is very nice, kids loved the pools and slides. The food in the restaurant is good but a bit repetitive, desserts very nice. The staff were polite and assisted when requested (we spoke English). The family rooms were spacious with very good AC. The grounds were immaculately kept, give the gardeners a pay rise! A big let down of the hotel was the Wifi, it's sad to see that they spend so much in all areas of the hotel but haven't bothered to invest in wifi, it only works in the lobby. On complaining to guest relations, I was met with 'it's not in out contract to provide you with wifi in your room". Unlike other hotels this wifi issue lets it down a lot.

+: Resort was enorm groot, kids (13 en 8) hebben geen moment verveelt. Eten was zeker goed, veel variatie. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding was zeker goed. Kamerbungalow groot genoeg met zijn vieren. Elke dag schoonmaak! Diervriendelijk, je ziet overal katten en elke dag krijgen ze brokjes te eten. Personeel is aardig. Feestjes in de avond ook erg leuk.
