+: - The location is very beautiful and isolated (in a good way), the sea is crystal clear and blue - The sand and non-sand beaches with sunbeds are nice - It was quiet - The hotel is quite new, so the rooms and the furniture are nice - The hotel territory is well maintained - Free laundry and ironing service! - The free transfer from and to the airport was very convenient

-: - The food. I went with the all inclusive option and even though there was a lot of variety, the food was really quite bad: overcooked, bland, just poor quality etc. Not 5* hotel quality at all, I was really disappointed. Decorating the food in the "fine dining" way with flowers etc. didn't make it taste any better unfortunately. When you ask for tea (except for the Turkish tea) you get a Lipton yellow label teabag. Even the Turkish food was so-so. If you care about the food at least somewhat, stay away. - The photos on the booking.com website don't correspond to how the rooms look. I booked a "Sunset Suite", but it barely had a sea view, the room was too low. Also the bathroom looked different. I asked for the room to be changed and, to their credit, the hotel agreed. I was moved to supposedly an upgrade, "Deluxe Suite", although it also looked different from the photos and was facing a childrens' playground, but I didn't want to make fuss any further. I don't appreciate being misled like that. - Poor quality toiletries. - The staff spoke English poorly, which made communication difficult. - Not much to do outside of the hotel, anything worth seeing is relatively far by car, but it's okay if you're looking to just chill at the hotel.

+: Xanadu water sports club Debbie and the Captain and their staff were outstanding and needs to be better promoted by the Xanadu concierge at least, and also by placing their brochure in each room amongst the Xanadu information pack. Guests are not familiar with this wonderful facility and should be.

-: The concierge did not refer their own affiliated water sports club to us when we inquired about fishing trips and boats. They sent info about an outsourced boat which is not what we asked for. Thankfully Debbie from the boat club found us by chance on the pool deck with brochures about a Xanadu Watersports club and we made use of these excellent facilities

+: Everything was great staff , location , room , view Your hotel is amazing , only the FOOD was BAD Really bad , you guys need to solve this problem Its not good at all not even Thanks for the great staff and hospitality though ❤️

+: Alles perfekt. Wirklich. Mitarbeiter , Service, Hotelanlage. Einfach Alles

-: Alles war wirklich top, bis auf einen einzigen Punkt der mich gestört hat. Die Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit eines Mitarbeiters (Kurze WeißSchwarze Haare, steht meistens vor dem Buffet rum und fühlt sich wichtig) der sich beim Mittagessen aufführt wie der König dort, als würde Ihm die Hotelanlage gehören. Aber abgesehen von diesem Mitarbeiter , waren alle anderen TOP und PROFESSIONELL!

+: Propreté, modernité, vues sur la mer exceptionnelles, grande piscine avec vue magnifique, mer cristalline et belle.

-: Peu d’infos sur où manger après 22h.

+: Friendly nature and high class service from staff. Great facilities and evening entertainment. Pool and multiple areas for sun beds
