+: Great luxurious rooms and located close to Arusha airport. There were 2 restaurants that served Western meals as well. The staff prepared breakfast boxes for us to leave at 5am. The beds were very comfortable.

+: The staff were the absolute highlight, going above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure we had a great stay. The chef prepared us a special Swahili meal on the last night which was amazing and so tasty and such a treat, can’t say thank you enough! The room was very comfortable and the shower and bath were a welcome great after days on the Serengeti! Shanga was also a fabulous shop and great initiative as well
-: Probably the only minor complaint was that the rooms could have used a few more windows to let the breeze in, it got pretty warm in there in the evenings and at night!
