+: Lo que me gustó del alojamiento fue el personal, su atención y amabilidad. También la habitación era amplia.
-: Habíamos pagado para 8 noches. A la tercera nos quedamos sin electricidad. Cada vez que preguntábamos que cuando volveríamos a tener luz nos decían que esa misma noche o a la mañana siguiente. Nunca fue así. Después de 3 días sin electricidad tuvimos que irnos del hotel y buscar otra opción porque seguían sin resolver el problema de la luz, que resultó ser que el jefe no la pagaba, la pirateaba y por eso se la cortaron. Pedíamos explicaciones y nadie nos daba ninguna solución (ni siquiera booking). Tuvimos que ducharnos con garrafas de agua y con la linterna del móvil para poder ver algo. Fue una pena porque nos sentimos engañadas y lo estábamos pasando muy bien en ese hotel junto con el personal

+: Absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare. No shuttle arrived at airport. On arrival to hotel there was no reception staff. The resort had no electricity or water and nobody to assist except the security guard.

+: Discussing hotel! The Five Palms is advertised as a 4 star hotel. I would be shocked if the place is even a 1 star. The smell in the rooms (we booked 2 rooms) was nausiating and could very possibly be a health risk. The bedding had brown stains on. The mattress remained sunken in after you get up from the bed. The aircons were not working. We were not able to stay there for even 1 night and had to book our 7 night stay at another Hotel (3 star and substantially better). We requested a cancelation and refund at the hotel reception but the lady said that we have to cancel on booking.com, which we did. She was not able to give us a refund as she said the owner cannot give a refund as the banks are closed. Neither this hotel or Bokking.Com responded to any of our communications to them. I will post photos of the rooms and the outside of the hotel as evidence.
