+: Pas grand chose mais disons que l'espace qu'offrait la chambre était agréable et la vue était très belle.

-: Un bon nombre de choses :- accueil très insuffisant pour un hôtel supposé être 5 étoiles et le gérant ne s'est jamais présenté comme nous l'avions demandé - propreté 0- matériel endommagé (ex: toilettes fuyant, climatisation, interrupteur, vasque, douche ET SURTOUT PANNE DU GÉNÉRATEUR donc pas d'électricité pendant 24h...)- attaque de singes sans intervention du personnel- eau jaune dans la piscine- propriété laissée à l'abandon (ex : branchages partout en travers du chemin, trou dans le sol autour de la piscine, ancienneté de la peinture...)

-: 1) disgusting beach covered in seaweee and not pretty to look at 2) old and dirty rooms with a toilet flush that doesn’t work, stained towels and other guests belongings in it which signify poor cleaning. I found a hair band covered in hair in the shower 3) old facilities even the bridge to the water villas was not stable and had gaps which made me fearful for my life 4) horrible menu. ordered potato wedges and got back boiled potatoes with onions and carrots shaped as wedges 5) poor customer service. stuff cannot speak english well and are extremely slow 6) awful general manager. arrived to the hotel to be informed that the water villa i booked for two night was not available due to issues with legs and risk of collapse. Was then given an alternative pavilion room for the night which is cheaper and was told we would get a full refund of our stay for this inconvenience. It has been two months of chasing by email and by call and nothing has happened regarding this refund. totally duped by an insincere dishonest general manager (Even dorothy) I do not recommend this place and it is sure as hell not worth the travel distance from the airport

+: Fint läge med härlig strand, underbar solnedgång, dock slitna och trasiga solstolar, på tok för få, ingen strandbar öppen eller service strandnära. Rymliga hus med egen pool. Flera av personalen var vänliga och försökte sitt bästa, men de var unga och okunniga och hade inte värst mycket erfarenhet.

-: Det saknades management - slitet ställe med potential men ingen som håller efter och styr upp. Vildvuxet längs gångarna, flera lampor trasiga och stengångar trasiga, färg flagnar. Restaurangen ett lågvattenmärke - bilderna på booking.com är helt falska. Frukosten är snål, två typer av frukt och bara melon och hibiskus juice, se bild. Brödet torrt, och vi fick säga till två gånger efter omelett. Middagen också en stor besvikelse - smaklöst och trist upplagt. AC i vårt rum funkade inte, i vårt nya rum fanns inget varmvatten. I vårt andra hus började det droppa från taket i badrummet andra kvällen. När vi träffade resort manager Evan dag tre när vi bestämde oss för att byta hotell smet han in på kontoret när vi berättade om vårt bh missnöje. En gång i tiden var det säkert en fin upplevelse men vårt besök var katastrof - vi fick rum på Breezes och det var ljusårs skillnad. Evan skulle behöva åka dit på studiebesök och lära sig ett och annat. Betala aldrig för mer än en natt - det var nästan inga gäster så vill ni stanna kan ni boka fler nätter på plats. Men jag garanterar att det blir bara en natt, om ni ändå åker dit…

+: +Nice, spacious villa with little pool in the bushes,+Quiet and private property +Big territory+ Wide empty beach+ Dinners were good

-: - modest breakfasts, many things finished before the breakfast is over, second day without fruit; first day no tissues, coffee machine was broken; - the conditioner was not working very well (villa 15)- refrigerator didn't work, but they finally changed it- the staff was very slow (even for Hakuna Matata mode)- many little datails that make the full picture disappointing(

+: The location for a relaxing holiday is ideal with beautiful rooms and excellent foodThe staff are excellent and you can’t meet a more exceptional man than Peter who was very accommodating and professional The beach is white soft sand lovely to walk on and it was the warmest sea I have ever swam in

-: Only slight problem was the power outages and low water pressure at certain times of the dayThere is a bar next door which sometimes can be a bit noisy

+: What a beautiful place lovely ambience and beautiful beaches.Villa was prefect the monkeys were a lovely surprise in the garden.Food was good No complaints and I’d definitely stay again!
