+: On first impression when arriving at reception the only word that you can think of is WOW!Amazing scenery, beautiful hotel and well maintained landscape. The gardening team do a great job here. All the staff were so friendly and get along like one big family themselves. Musa from the animation team has a great energy and always makes sure you are enjoying your time, loved that he taught us Swahili once we arrived so we could practise this with the staff! Special thanks also to Paul and Peter who were really friendly and took time to talk to us every day.

-: There wasn’t anything that we were not happy with at this hotel, honestly everything was amazing.

+: Mooi en netjes resort met veel ruimte, mooie stranden en Oog voor detail

-: Het bed is alsof je op een stapel kranten slaapt en de gordijnen doen weinig om het licht buiten te houden

+: The property is perfectly located right on the beach of Pwani Michangani. I booked the deluxe room and it was huge with good room amenities. Overall property is in excellent condition with good facilities.The most commendable is the staff, they went over and above to cater to my needs and even threw me a surprise birthday celebration.The employees that stood out were Mussa run the activitiesentertainment. He even managed to get me to work while on vacation with the morning aquarobics class and even taught me to play Bao game. Then there was Anthony, Geoffrey, & Odette who were gracious hosts and excellent wait staff. Special mention to also Katerina, Pali & Maria who were great bar ladies and kept the cocktails flowing.

-: They charge Levy of USD5 per night of stay, which was not included, and got told at reception.The resort is over an hr away from the airport, and 1 trip is about USD50 but its beautiful when you get there.

+: Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage, die meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat. Hier getätigte schlechte Bewertungen sind absolut von mir nicht nachvollziehbar und mit über 50 verschiedenen Ländern habe ich schon einiges auf der Welt gesehen. Super freundliches Personal - Top Service - gutes Essen (für jeden immer etwas dabei) - einmal hat auch meine Klimaanlage etwas getropft - wurde innerhalb von 15 Minuten behoben. Schicke große Zimmer in der Deluxe Preisklasse - mit allem Komfort.

-: Kilometerlanger Strand, der aber leider nur bei Flut ein Baden im Meer ermöglicht. WLAN war ab und zu etwas schwankend (ist aber in Afrika häufiger der Fall). Entertainment abends vielleicht etwas ausbaufähig.
