+: Der Hotelaufenthalt war absolut fantastisch! Die idyllische Gestaltung des Hotels mit verschiedenen Themenbereichen, darunter eine Afrika-Badeanlage direkt am Strand, war einfach großartig. Der Pool und das Restaurant mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die gesamte Anlage haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität der Klimaanlage haben ebenfalls beeindruckt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight - traditionell gewürzte und frisch zubereitete Gerichte haben meinen Gaumen verwöhnt. Die abendlichen Veranstaltungen mit traditioneller afrikanischer Musik aus Sansibar, Tansania, haben die Atmosphäre noch lebendiger gemacht. Insgesamt habe ich mich während meines knapp fünftägigen Aufenthalts super wohlgefühlt. Es war einfach perfekt! Das Hotel befindet sich etwa eine Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt, daher ist es ratsam, im Voraus ein Auto über Booking.com oder eine andere Plattform zu buchen, um pünktlich zum Hotel und zurück zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Das Frühstück wird von 7:30 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr serviert, gefolgt von einem späten Frühstück von 10:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und Mittagessen von 13:00 bis 15:00 Uhr. Abends steht von 19:00 bis 22:00 Uhr eine breite Auswahl an Getränken, Snacks und sogar Cappuccino zur Verfügung. Es gibt auch eine gut bestückte alkoholische Bar mit einer Vielzahl von Cocktails für diejenigen, die gerne trinken.

-: Eine konstruktive Kritik wäre, dass obwohl das WLAN in den Restaurants größtenteils gut funktioniert, es gelegentlich zu Empfangsproblemen kommen kann. In solchen Fällen ist es ratsam, eine gute SIM-Karte für das Handy zu besorgen, um unterwegs Zugang zum Internet zu haben. Persönlich habe ich eine eSIM verwendet, die jedoch leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert hat. Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass dies kein direktes Problem des Hotels war, sondern eher eine individuelle Erfahrung.

+: Schöne Anlage mit weißem Sand und hervorragendem Essen. Sehr viel Auswahl und täglich Meeresfrüchte mit dabei. Auswahl an Salaten war perfekt. Getränke sind ebenfalls lecker. Manchmal ist ein Cocktail nicht verfügbar weil Säfte ausgingen aber das kann natürlich passieren. Wir wollen wenn wir Urlaub sind kein Essen, dass wir auch zu Hause haben und hier wurde wir sehr positiv überrascht. Es gab viel Variationen und auch Tanzania Spezialitäten. Unser erstes Zimmer hatte ein kleines Problem mit der Toilette aber uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten.Hotelmanager sehr präsent und freundlich. Spricht viele Sprache und ist sehr Aufmerksamkeit.Hotel bietet alle möglichen Ausflüge an. Hat auch super funktioniert auch wenn die Preise außerhalb wohl etwas günstiger sind.Wir würden die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!Achtung: es ist Sansibar und FlutEbbe sind auf der ganzen Insel sehr ausgeprägt. Schwimmen ist allgemein meist nur bei Flut möglich. Das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun aber wir haben festgestellt dass das vielen nicht bewusst ist

-: Manche Strand Auflagen benötigen eine Erneuerung.

+: Dobre posiłki. Wygodne łóżka. Ładna okolica.

-: Słabo działający internet. Działał dobrze tylko w lobby.

+: Les paroles, c'est trop peu!

+: Le logement était super, nous avons été surclassé dans une des villas au bord de la mer. Tout était propre et confort ! Tres beau paysage et calme.

-: Il faut prendre en compte que le repas du soir est un buffet à volonté au prix de 40$ par personne. Ce qui est énorme lorsque vous y séjournez une semaine. Le prix avec le buffet était beaucoup plus chère et une fois sur place le prix avec buffet inclus était exactement le même qu’on a payé sans le buffet et l’hôtel à malheureusement pas du tout été arrangeant et compréhensif. Il n’y a pas de restaurant local autour, l’hôtel est assez isolé. Nous avons dû aller manger dans d’autres hôtels à côté.

+: Het personeel was super vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen met een grote glimlach. Het eten was heetlijk en veel variatie.Er was ook elke dag animatie

+: Although not a 5 star hotel, the installations weren’t bad, and the beach and location on the island are fine. Some staff were very kind and helpful.

-: The worst part about the hotel is its management, the woman who did not reveal her name (just that she’s Spanish-German), ruined our anniversary. After there was a mistake in the level of board we were given, the woman, instead of sending someone at management level to resolve it or allow us to have half board (one would think a supposed 5 star hotel would do something like that for guests, especially those celebrating important events, especially when the food served is a basic buffet), she sent low level employees with scissors to just try to cut wristbands without explanation. When we went to dinner, no one informed us that we did not, in fact, not have half board, until their servers tried to charge us $70 usd for a plate of pasta (when a seafood platter anywhere on the island costs around $30). I spoke with the woman, who assured me that she would revise everything and speak with me the next day - she never did, and then on my check out day she left and turned off her phone, leaving her employees to try to charge me the $70 that I never agreed to, telling me that the woman takes it out of their paychecks if someone doesn’t pay. It was clear among all employees that this woman is abusive and has her employees terrified. Seeing this abusive situation in addition the problems caused by this woman truly ruined our anniversary. On top of this, at best it’s a 2-3 star hotel, and you can find infinitely better deals for your money pretty much anywhere on the island. If you care about employers treating their employees with basic human dignity, treating guests better than a hostel, and getting an even half-decent return for your money, stay away.

+: Very well maintained. Visually beautiful. Very helpful and friendly staff. Located right on a breathtaking peaceful beach. Great spa and massages. Good size room.

-: Bed a little hard. WiFi is not consistent in the apartment we were in. Could literally only get service in one part of the room. They need to have routers that ensure the WiFi strength is the same in every room they provide. Dinner buffet slightly overpriced.No iron in room but you can request for items to be collected and ironed.
