+: Подорожуючи зупинилися у готелі Graal Resort. Дуже привітливий персонал, який допомагав з усіма питаннями, нереально смачні та великі сніданки! Сам ресторан в готелі теж дуже смачний! Особливо порадував номер з прекрасним видом та щоденне прибирання номеру (щоденно приносили воду в номер). В готелі також відвідали джакузі (внутрішнє з спа та на відкритому просторі), яке нас особливо порадувало. Відпочинок нам дуже сподобався, радимо відвідати данний готель та обов'язково повернемося сюди знов!

+: Були вражені дотриманням високих стандартів від кухні та прибирання номера до дрібниць як от якісні доглядові засоби у ванній кімнаті, сушарки для лижних ботинків. Дружній персонал, при цьому ненавʼязливий. Смачні сніданки, включені у вартість проживання, декілька разів вечеряли в ресторані готелю, теж сподобались страви.

+: Сніданки смачні, дуже приємний персонал. Замовляла для батьків, тому просила персонал сповіщати мене про якісь необхідні додаткові витрати, щоб оплатила я, а батьки не хвилювалися. Комунікація налагоджена чудово.
