+: довольно просторный номер. на этом все -: перед заселением никто не предупредил что нужно иметь кредитку или дебетовую карту в пластике. это какой то каменный век! кэш тоже не принимают. вообщем заселение заняло 2 часа. а ещё в номере сломанный утюг…

+: Удобное расположение, бесплатная парковка. -: Грязное постельное белье. Нет уборки номеров, в отеле 4 звёзды встречаю такое впервые, останавливались на 3 ночи. Очень шумно, дискотека у бассейна до 4 утра, невозможно заснуть. В ванной нет умывальника, в душе не регулируется температура, слабый напор воды. При заселении не расслышали номер комнаты и переспросила, на что нам в грубой форме ответили, чтобы мы на конверте с ключами посмотрели.

+: В отеле понравилось разве что наличие бесплатной парковки и симпатичный рецепшн в спа зоне. Территория казино не сильно прокуренная, но возможно ночью ситуация меняется (проходили мимо лишь перед заселением). -: Номер был на столько грязным, что было противно до чего либо дотрагиваться (к примеру чьи-то накладные ресницы, постель в пятнах). Женщина на рецепшн на столько плохой работник, что не только заселяла нас 40! минут, но еще и позволила себе повысить на нас голос. Если бы было не 11 вечера и опция возврата денег, то ни секунды бы там не остались. Никому не рекомендую этот отель.

+: Соотношение цены и качества -: Ужасный вай Фай. его просто не было, можно сказать. Постоянно требовалась регистрация, вылетал каждую минуту. Уборки нет. Смены полотенец нет. Один пластиковый стакан в номере на двоих. и даже мусор не выносили ни разу.

-: В туалете в раковине не смывалась вода, в душе горячую воду нужно было ждать минут 10. Половина полотенец были рваные, с веревками по краям, простыни с катушками и застиранные…От отеля 4 звезды ожидала другого уровня.
