Очень неприветливый и неторопливый персонал в ресторане отеля, кашу на завтрак ждали 20 минут, второй кофе так и не дождались, хотя в счёт нам его включить не постеснялись. В номере нет ни чайника, ни кофейника, что странно для отеля такой ценовой категории. При этом в баре отеля после 22.00 невозможно заказать ни чай, ни кофе, только алкоголь. Просили хороший вид из окна, получили вид на тренажёрный зал в соседнем здании, поэтому для сохранения приватности шторы приходилось держать закрытыми. Для пребывания в Нью Йорке в следующий раз выберем другой отельПонравилось расположение отеля - рядом с Центральным парком и музейной милей. Улица, на которой стоит отель довольно чистая, это редкость для Нью Йорка. Большие номера, интересный декор номера Время проживания: Октябрь 2017

В номерах действительно грязно, кроме ванной комнаты, пол и поверхности очень пыльные, мебель старая,необходимо улучшить качество уборки. В нашем номере в душевой кабине находилось окно, мыться было очень холодно и некомфортно!Отличное расположение отеля рядом с Центральным парком, очень доброжелательный персонал, рум-сервис очень хороший -быстро и вкусно.
