+: Не далеко от аэропорта, в отеле есть все услуги для удобного проживания и развлечений. -: Отель стартоват, Плохо работал туалет, плохой напор воды на 9 этаже. Казино в отеле, занижена обычное процентное соотношение выиграша

+: За двойную сумму я мог бы в пяти звёздах пожить с шиком. -: По букировании с меня сразу же списали деньги за два дня до въезда, хотя при букировании большими буквами написано, что деньги списываться не будут. Затем когда я вернулся домой с меня списали ту же сумму ещё раз. Говорят что вернут деньги за 2-3 недели обратно, но я сильно в этом сомневаюсь. Мошенничество чистой воды!!!

+: Приятный небольшой отель, чисто, уютно, вежливый ненавязчивый персонал, близость к аэропорту. Отдельно хочу сказать об открытом бассейне - вечером красиво подсвечивается, людей нет, на входе для купающихся готовы полотенца. -: За несколько дней до заезда написала на сайте отеля запрос на трансфер (ночной прилет, до аэропорта близко - могли бы и встретить). Никто так и не ответил! Для чего тогда на сайте существует специальная форма для обращения к их менеджерам? В комнате нет балкона. Понимаю, что расположение специфическое, и широкое круглое окно в комнате в какой-то мере компенсирует отсутствие балкона. И всё же не могу об этом не упомянуть.
