+: Очень понравилась уборка в номере. Каждый раз чистота была как при заезде. Мы были с ребенком маленьким и для нас это было очень важно. При отеле есть три ресторана , что удобно когда нет сил никуда выходить, а тут вышли из отеля , прошли 10 шагов и на месте -: Знание Английского языка персоналом, тяжело было изъясняться Ресторанам хотелось бы сделать замечание : больше европейской еды нужно

+: Близость к пляжу, вид из окна номера, большой балкон.Хорошее обслуживание, рядом много магазинов и кафе. -: Ночные клубы под окнами, в которых играет отстойная музыка, если ниже 10 этажа, то будет шум из окон.Скромный бассейн.

+: Действительно чистые, удобные, полностью оборудованные апартаменты. Удобные кровати, мощный кондиционер, вся бытовая техника, большой балкон. Уборка со сменой белья каждый день. Всё на европейском уровне. Англоязычный персонал, приходили по первому зову. Прямо через дорогу пляж, есть свои бесплатные шезлонги, выдают полотенца. -: На верхних этажах стабильный и достаточно громкий гул с крыши от системы кондиционирования, при закрытых окнах поменьше. В душевой недостаточно света предусмотрено.

+: Просторность номеров -: 1. Отсутствие нормальных завтраков. Завтраки нужно заказывать самостоятельно из ресторанов.2. Очень маленький бассейн с холодной водой.3. Маленький тренажёрный зал4. Ресепшн, для уровня 5* - его нет практически 5. Отсутсвие телефона в номерах для связи с ресепшн. Переодически ломался WiFi, требовалась настройка TV, выключался титан приходилось обращаться на ресепшн, для этого приходилось постоянно туда спускаться

+: Все отлично, для жизни все есть, даже стиральный порошок и все банные принадлежности. Персонал всегда готов помочь. Симпатичный балкон с видом на море и оригинальной сушкой для белья. Большая кухня. Чисто, уборка каждый день. -: Было немного плесени в душе, но по первому требованию все отмыли.

+: Наличие стиральной машины в номере. -: Отвратительный отель! Явно не соответсвует своим 5*. На ресепшн нам выдали Ключи, я подумал что они от камеры хранения на первом этаже, но они оказались от двери!!! Это финиш 2019 на дворе, номер закрывается ключами))). Вошли в номер, в раковине не уходит вода, телефон в номере не работает, пришлось идти на ресепшн. Лейка душа течёт во все стороны. Бассейн в отеле маленький и солнце на него ни светит ни когда! В общем не тратье деньги, лучше поселитесь в нормальной трешке!
