+: Понравилось все. прекрасный классический отель, с отличным завтраком, бассейном (небольшим но чистым и с террасой). Персонал весьма на уровне: предупредительный, доброжелательный, ненавязчивый но эффективный. -: К сожалению некоторые жильцы из Индии или Пакистана вели себя безобразно: им дали несколько комнат на одном этаже и они раскрыв двери орали переговариваясь между собой а их дети (штук по пять в каждой комнате) носились по коридору где то до часу ночи. с учетом того что во Вьетнаме встают в 6, это было ужасно. Но от отеля это не зависит. Просто, может лучше селить такого рода компании на разных этажах.

+: Номер просторный с большой террасой. В номере очень большая кровать и очень комфортная, мы заказывали дополнительную кровать и ещё там мягкая мебель. При этом в номере есть где разгуляться. На стенах прекрасные картины из шелка! Очень высокого качества! Мы были в восторге. Визуалы получат эстетическое наслаждение. Отель весь в мраморе и дереве. Видно с обновленным ремонтом, но сохранил свою самобытность. Обслуживание в номерах прекрасное, ни о чем не приходилось напоминать. Очень чисто убираются. Завтраки неплохие, но больше азиатской кухни, что логично. Персонал очень обходительный. У нас был плотный график перемещения, поэтому бронировала экскурсии через отель заранее. Все организовали безупречно, мы приехали и наслаждались прекрасными поездками, не тратя время на организацию. -: Спасибо персоналу за наше прекрасное время, проведенное в Ханой!
