+: The location was the only good thing about this hotel.
-: The hotel had impeccably horrible service. There was only one guy cleaning all the rooms for hours and of course he didn't do a good job (since he was alone). And if you call and ask for anything, it takes one hour for room service to come, and you just have to continue calling them. Also, the food was so mediocre. The restaurant in the hotel was not good at all.

+: My stay was very pleasant, I booked only one night, and we felt so comfortable and confident about the service that we ended up canceling our hotel reservation with another hotel and coming back to Aloft. Everyone in this Hotel are amazing, from the main entrance security Lady , main lobby, and everyone in the kitchen's and housekeeping . All of the staff try their best to make you feel that you are at home. We are a family of 3, my mom, daughter and myself, and we travel a lot. For me it’s very important to have them feel comfortable, and it does not matter how expensive the hotel is, if they don’t have courtesy, attention, presentation and efficiency. We chose this little hotel because we found all those qualities here at Aloft. Special Thanks to Mary, Sarah, Tapa, Faisal , and everyone in the kitchen. Thanks for all of your courtesy and attention. We used the shuttle transfer bus to Dubai Mall and to the airport. We had breakfast everyday and had dinner also. I recommend the vegetable rice with eggs , the club sandwich and the vegetable sandwich. Fresh vegetables and crispy French fries. I recommend it 100%.
