+: I love the location of this hotelresidence- very nice neighborhood, close to presidential palace, next to Etihad towers, very beautiful for me area. The staff is very welcoming, nice, helpful and respectful. My best regards and appreciation to the receptionist Marcell - he helped me a lot during my stay and with a very professional attitude, and by this made my stay in BAQ hotel so great. I didn’t have to worry about anything, the questions were solved quickly and professionally. About the hotel itself - I have to highlight it especially- I loved the design of the hotel, its amazing Arabic style in architecture and interior design had inspired me every minute of my stay.

-: The only one problem for me was the sea, but it’s not the hotel’s issue. Many times i found that water wasn’t Cristal clear as I would expect it on the Persian gulf. And there are also grass growing in the water entrance and floating on the water surface. This was my first visit of UAE so I don’t know maybe it’s normal thing for Persian gulf. Although the water of the Saadiyat Island seashore was much cleaner, probably because it was open sea and not backwater like it’s almost everywhere in AbuDhabi beaches. And also it was too small are to swim until the fencing with buoys. During low tides it was possible to walk near the buoys.Other topic was breakfast where I could not find any gluten free sign on the dishes labels and hence I had to rely on my own knowledge of what may contain gluten and what’s not. Also I would add more types of fresh vegetables and fruits.
