+: The room is clean and looks new, the view is excellent . They have a lot choices of food and they gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday stay and taste like a premium cake i love it.

-: The receptionist offer the birthday cake in the check in counter but it was given when my partner insisted and gave us almost checking out at 1pm the next day.im kinda dissapointed with the food though its a lot theres is NO BEEF in the menu and the food looks same like served in regular cafeteria outside a hotel its not classy look foods..expecting the value of money of i paid for a stay and halfboard meals does not compliment at all.

-: Food in restaurant very simple and expensive, artificial juice for breakfast. No coffee machines in rooms, just the cheapest nescaffe - so bad for 5* hotel. Didn't work refrigerator, iron, but were replaced fast (it's ok). The ventilation system in the bar was leaking. Last day of our staying they kicked us out from swimming pool because of some gas leaking that was provoked fire extinguishing system and hot water was cuted at the night
