+: location is very good . about one km walking distance to metro station very good . near shopping mall . the best factor that near metro that easy to reach all 4 ways of metro very fast : directions to creek , etisalat , sharah , directions to uae exchange , rashidiya . location very good , not too far to reach all 4 destinations of metro trains . also buses to sharjah , ajman ... within walking distance , next to union metro st . only one helpful staff member . but enough to support me . i could extend my booking by 40 days more in addition for cheap price .

-: that tv does not work . sometimes shower too hot water . some of staff attackers . to be fair like worldwide during difficult times , crises : many without jobs , many closed because of coronavirus ...

+: الاسعار جيدة والمكان امامه محطة باص ويوجد بالقرب من الاسواق والمحلات التجارية ذات اسعار مناسبة استاذ محمد موظف الاستقبال من مصر رجل خلوق ومتعاون وصاحب ابتسامه ووجه بشوش ويحاول ارضاء الضيوف رغم الصعوبات التي تواجهه

-: -نظافة الحمامات في الاستقبال ذات رائحة كريهة لكن الغرف نظيفة-الانترنت ضعيف في الغرف ويصل بصعوبة لبع الغرف وانقطع ثلاث مرات اثناء اقامتنا 18 يوم لعدة ساعات-لايوجد شاي في المني بار-التدخين في الممرات بين الغرف بشكل فظيع-الافطار صنفين فقط لا يتغيروا ( بيض مقلي وبطاطس و مشبعة بالزيت وسوسيس) ويتغير السويسيس ال اصناف معمولة بالطريقة الهندية كريهة الرائحة مع طبق من بعض الفاكهة وكوب عصير صناعي واحيانا مربى - الدور الاول صوت الموسيقي عالي جدا حتى اذان الفجر- لا يوجد غير كرسيين في الريسبشن- انقطاع المياه يوم كامل لتنظيف الخزانات - تليفون الغرفة لا يعمل وحتى بعد اصلاحه تعطل مرة اخرى- السرير كان مكسور وتم تبديله بعد اسبوع لاننا كنّا نعتقد ان المشكلة في المرتبة- التكيف في الريسبشن ضعيف جدا

-: Room I feel like perfect, but when I entered the washroom have smell like strong chemicals no respond from the team and the bottled of water only 1 I booked by two and it was opened as well.

+: Nothing. Just the fact that i had a place to sleep in the night

-: The bathroom was in bad condition. No proper drainage. Water remained stagnant on the floor. The pot was leaking throughout the stay. Single beds were joined to make as double. Bathroom amenities were not there. Upon asking was informed by the attendant that the hotel reopened few weeks back thats why things are not there. Even tissue box was not available. Breakfast served in room was a joke! Serving only for one person. No tea or coffee. And the worst part was that the staff was not even courteous or helpful.. the first night there was no water available in the washroom..
