+: We stay one night and it was perfect. Great location and great view to Dubai fountains,Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. Also very close to all of them by short walking. There is good supermarket near by to by all your needs. I wish we could stay longer but we had a flight to catch so probably next time we will come back. Thank you Jawad for your assistance with everything.

+: the view makes up for any apartment issue, the pool very nice, the check-in process was easy thanks to Mr. Jawad, I booked last minute for a very good price

-: the apartment is a little run down, water leak in one bathroom, no slippers, no toothbrush

+: Fantastic View (must get the apt with "Spectacular 2 bedroom fountain view Kalifah". Air conditioning good. Nice apartment with good kitchen and Cable Satellite TV Reception to assist you. Excellent cooled parking (unlike other apartments with hot garage). Food market nearby. 20 - 25 minute walk to Dubai Mall, even though only 600 meters away. (have to go around complex).

-: Only 1 set of key given ; we requested 2 as we were 3 people. (so NOT GOOD). Advertised pictures of another larger nicer Pool was shown; We got a tiny pool instead. Mislead with deception of the Pool. (not good). Host should give us partial refund of at least 15% Communication problems with host agent; very frustrating using WhatApp. (but host was polite). So a little shaky start, but host helped us find which building "Tower" #. This was not specified and given to us, so we didnt know where to arrive to. Check-in time is late at 15:00 - 15:30. Thats too late !!!! Should be 14:00 or earlier. I requested check-in at 13:00, aprox 2 months before our visit. But we ended up checking in at 15:18.

-: I recently stayed at Dreamin Hotel with my family for two days, and while the view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain was stunning, unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our stay.The room was in a state of disrepair with several broken items and dirt visible in many areas. We also encountered bugs, which was quite unsettling. The bathroom had rust in several spots, making it feel unhygienic. To add to our discomfort, the AC was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep at night. Overall, the view was not enough to compensate for the numerous issues we faced. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
