-: I received a room for disabled which was not what I ordered.The staff were rude and not helpful at all.I asked for extra towels twice and nobody cared to being until I reported to the reception.The bathroom was slippery had no bathtub and my son slipped in the bathroom since it's designed for disabled.I asked for a towel for the floor which I received just once after so many days of asking.Thr location of the hotel is good but no cleanliness.There was a uswd plate with food in the staircase lying around for 4 days straight and smelling very bad.One staff passed by and just left it there.The refrigerator in my room not working and was left like that the whole five days I was there even after reporting the issue to housekeeping.Bad service overall.The bell boys just stand and gossip nobody greets your help with your luggage unless you ask.

+: This was my third experience to stay in this hotel. The first two times were bad and this time, much worse. For one night, the required amount was paid, but when entering the room, there were no slippers, iron, toothbrush, toothpaste and so on. More interestingly, the boxes of hygiene items are already cleaned! It was piled up in the bathroom as if it had been left. After protesting, the employee unapologetically said we will bring you whatever you want!!! So what was the money I paid for? For a bed?!!! Shouldn't it? Are the minimums that are part of the hotel's duties available in the room?

-: I have been forced to stay in this hotel all three times due to the fact that the distance between the places where I worked in Dubai was in Deira. It's 3 o'clock in the hotel, you can't enter the room now!!!! And when I was leaving, my whole process of leaving took 2 minutes. They asked me if I used mineral water or not!!!! Do you have to check or are you asking me? There was no mini bar, just an empty refrigerator. It seems that instead of announcing that this hotel was the best 4-star hotel in a certain year, they should think about improving the services. Overall, the hotel is very convenient in terms of location, but.....
