Комплекс Galleria Residence с видом на залив Дубай-Крик расположен в 10 минутах ходьбы от Золотого рынка.
К услугам гостей просторные апартаменты с полностью оборудованной кухней и спутниковым телевидением. В числе прочих удобств кондиционер, большая гостиная и обеденная зона, холодильник, посудомоечная машина и 2 телефонные линии.
В комплексе работает уникальный ресторан Al Dawaar, единственный в Дубае ресторан на крыше. Во вращающемся ресторане Miyako подают ауатентичные блюда японской кухни, а в ресторане The Kitchen — блюда интернациональной кухни. Также в распоряжении гостей лаундж с караоке, спорт-бар, где транслируют важные спортивные события, и ночной клуб с широким выбором напитков.
Юные гости по достоинству оценят детскую игровую площадку с «паутинкой» и детский бассейн.
Комплекс находится в 8 км от международного аэропорта Дубая. До станции метро Palm Deira 2 можно добраться за 7 минут пешком или на бесплатном автобусе.

-: **Rating: 2.510**I recently stayed in this apartment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The apartment itself is quite old, and there was a large machine placed in the middle of the living space, for which I have no explanation. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable, with only one bathroom serving the entire two-bedroom apartment, and it was filthy upon our arrival. We requested basic amenities such as water, but it took almost three hours to arrive. To make matters worse, there were no towels in the apartment. Despite multiple requests, we were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. One of the bedroom doors was locked for no apparent reason, and we had to wait from 2 PM until 8 PM for someone to come and unlock it. Parking was another major inconvenience. After driving all the way from Muscat to the UAE, we found out that the hotel does not provide a dedicated parking area for guests. Instead, we had to use another parking lot, where the process of accessing the space was frustrating and required waiting for the gate to be opened.Sound insulation in the apartment was non-existent. We could hear all kinds of disturbances from the neighboring rooms, from loud conversations to other highly disruptive noises. The lobby was also extremely overcrowded, and the overwhelming smell of food, such as chicken masala and biryani, was present throughout the common areas.Overall, the apartment was in poor condition, the service was inadequate, and basic facilities were severely lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

+: Am really so frustrated of the reception lady night shift one with glasses I think she is from philippines she was very very bad coustomer service . If you are African or Muslim she will treat you bad but if you are from Europe or Middle East she will look after you 3 hours at the reception with my kids after long flight asked for water she replied you will find in the room when I done with you . Then she gived us worse ever room at the hotel we had to change 3 times even I had to complain to the manager about what happen still no even a small sorry I had been coming to Hyatt deffrent part of Dubai past 5 years but this one was the worst one o have got full video of the first 2 apartment how was dirty and smiley I don’t understand why she showed us good rooms then she changed her mind and gives us bad ones thanks for the two mangers who come end and gived as nice apartment after nightmare
