+: Let's start with the fact that the service at the hotel from the staff is one of the worst I've ever encountered. When going down to the dining room, you have to wait in line for a few minutes to get into the dining room for lunch. We had to wait about 15 minutes, and the reason is that there isn't enough staff working. There's only one employee handling all the people, so there's a delay. Another disappointment was when we ordered chicken in the dining room; it wasn't ready, and I told the chef, and he agreed with me and then tried to cook the chicken again. Then he came and told me that the quality of the chicken is not high, so that's why it was like that, another disappointment. At the pool, we tried to order food and drinks twice. There are no waiters roaming around the pool at all. We waited an hour just to order to drink, and the food arrived 50 minutes late, and all I ordered was a salad. The second time, I wanted to order again, and there was no one to order through, so we had to wait again. In summary, I will not return to this hotel nor will I recommend it. It was a disappointing experience, and on top of that, I paid double what others were supposed to pay, and they didn't even give me a refund.

-: Food is just terrible in all the restaurants. For a 5 star hotel carrying this brand is just unacceptable. Service is also the worst you can find. With the exception of front desk staff, everyone else is terribly slow and not willing to help. To receive an order at the pool takes minimum 30minutes. You can not even ask for a towel you have to go and get it yourself.

+: Everything starting from the welcoming so helpful staff, then the Clean Spacious Room and its amazing View and facilities then the Breakfast & Dinner options of delicious food with a lot of options serving all different nationalities The hotel did a very nice gesture as it was our anniversary they prepared a custom Cake and left it at Room when we arrived
