+: Gute Lage im ZentrumGrosse, geräumige Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, insbesondere das gesamte Restauranteam (Christian, Alvito, Lee ….)Frühstücksbuffet mit breiter Auswahl inkl. frischen Früchten

-: Handling Gepäck beim Check-In kann verbessert werden. Wir sind um 13:30 angekommen und Zimmer war noch nicht bereit (was auch so kommuniziert und OK war). Bei Rückkehr um ca. 19:00 wurde dann Zimmer zugeteilt. Unser Gepäck mussten wir dann aber selber in der Gepäckablage raussortieren mit dem netten Mitarbeiter. Klimaanlage ist extrem laut, auch auf niedrigster Stufe. Errinert eher an eine Stall-Lüftung…. Übertönt so zumindest den Strassenlärm der nicht dicht eingebauten Fenster :)Teppiche ums Bett sind abgelaufen und würden ein Update vertragen. Zugang zum Strand (via öffentliche Unterführung vor dem Hotel) kostet AED 120 bis AED 170 (Weekend) extra.

+: Everything is excellent especially the staffskhate, Sanjeev and Ahmed are very generous and supportive.

+: The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the resort was outstanding.

-: Nothing, it was perfect.

+: They upgraded me to a suite and it was amazing. Loved the room and how clean everything was. As I’d been travelling a few days now it was nice to have such a spacious room. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

+: La boîte de jazz . Personnel à l entrée de la boîte de jazz adorable et chanteuse et groupe très bon . Mido de l’animation très gentil avec les enfants . Les chambres sont très biens nettoyées. A la réception il n’y a qu une seule personne compétente le manager. Bonne literie et draps doux . La proximité avec les lieux de visite du centre

-: Les activités ne fonctionnent pas toboggan cassé , accrobranche cassé. Piscine à vagues seulement 15 minutes toutes les heures . Salle de petit déjeuner extrêmement bruyantes . Machine qui fait de s mini pancake 1 mini tous les 2 minutes … pour aller à la plage il fait passer sous un tunnel ( autoroute au dessus ) qui sépare l hôtel de la plage . Plage artificielle ; sable d Égypte , beaucoup de déchets dans l eau . Aucun serveurs sur la plage pour venir vous proposer des boissons . 2 restaurants sur la plage de l hôtel mais qui sont indépendants .. il faut payer en plus ! Chambre communicante on entend les voisins d e chambre comme si ils étaient dans la chambre

-: It was my worst experience and especially if to consider that this is a 5 star hotel. I booked room for 3 people. My family arrived 1 day earlier (but I paid for all time for room for 3). I arrived at 11 pm next day and nothing in the room was ready for 3 guests: no 3rd bed, no towels, shower things, etc. So instead to relax I had to discuss with the staff, wait for things, etc. And I am even not mentioning the scam they do with offering room for 3. It is so small, so uncomfortable that you can't move in the room. But of course, during booking, nothing mentioned about it and non of pictures show real situation.Then, after 2 days, they made an upgrade to higher class room. But what happened, the room was again not prepared for 3 people. It was like a joke. And we came to the room late and again the same. Complain, waiting, etc. The room was bigger but really warn out. Also, we had in the previous room fruits which we bought but they didn't bring them to the new room. I was complaining but they did nothing and we got nothing. Also in both rooms showers were done very bad. As water always goes outside, no possibility to prevent it because the construction was done wrong.The management of the hotel is horrible. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. And it is a shame for Radisson to have such a quality hotel in their Group.

+: Beach and pools were great. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern.
